Further Details plus Terms & Conditions:

We provide the venue with plenty of tables, chairs and party table area for no more than 25 children. Fridge and kitchen facilities are available, and you can have access to water and washing up area. But you are not permitted to use the oven or any cooking equipment. The Party venue is a village hall that will include a minimum of 2 inflatables, small toddler area, Didi cars, and music/lights. You just bring your party food and balloons if you so wish. Please do not bring lots of banners and decorations, you will not have sufficient time to set this up and pack away, plus there is not space to do so i'm afraid. Hot & cold drinks - we will supply a kettle or hot water urn for you to use, so please bring your own coffee, tea, mugs, cups etc as required. We can supply insulated non spill cups for use in the hall, these can be purchased for 15p each. Unlimited Hot Drinks & Cups can be supplied by us for £20.00 We have staff on hand at the venue to help supervise, assist you and ensure your party runs smoothly. However please have at least 3 responsible adults must present inside the hall at all times to supervise the children and ensure they are well behaved. You can enter the venue no sooner than 25 minutes before your party start time.

The whole party venue area will be exclusive to you, there is no entry from the public. The maximum amount of children is 30 children. Please note you must take your rubbish home. The booking fee is non refundable once paid. The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of the actual party date. Cancellation of the party less than 14 days notice requires full payment.

Please note you are NOT allowed to use silly string, face paints or party poppers, or undertake any activities within the venue that can cause a nuisance, mess or that could be considered dangerous. We have the right to refuse entry or ask parents, guests or children to leave if the rules on the safety information boards are not followed or you are rude or threatening to any staff members or other guests.
If you are planning to bring along an entertainer or outside company please check with us beforehand to ensure what you are planning is permitted in the venue.
