Terms & Conditions:

Tickets are valid for date and time stated only. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or time slot. 

Tickets are non refundable. The event will go ahead in bad weather, as it will move indoors on a slightly smaller scale. 
Please check your details and email address are correct before completing your booking. 
We cannot refund tickets once they have been purchased for any reason.
Ensure you buy the correct ticket for your children. We have pricing based upon age and height so please check your child's height to ensure you purchase the correct tickets. 

You are not allowed to take onto play equipment - food, drinks, shoes, sharp or hard objects, phones, back packs, or anything that could cause injury or mess. 

A responsible person over the age of 18 years old must stay at the event and supervise your children at all times. 
Adults are NOT permitted to play on the inflatables with the children. Adults can assist babies and toddlers if required but are not allowed to jump, bounce or use the slides with the children. 

Wearing Spectacles at Inflatable Events - Spectacles cannot be worn on the inflatables and MUST be removed. There is no option to sign a disclaimer. If users wear a pair of 'Sports Safe Prescription Goggles' that have toughened plastic lenses, and rubber to hold them on around the head we are happy to allow users to bounce and play whilst wearing them. This is non negotiable, it is an insurance and legal safety requirement. 

Please note that all persons using the equipment in this Play Centre do so at their own risk. Get Up and Bounce have reduced any potential risks greatly as they take all available steps to reduce the risks involved. 
The person/organisation playing on the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Damage to equipment must be paid for in full. 
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the Parents & Users to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

The lineup is subject to change if due to unforseen circumstances.

** Photographs/Video - these are usually taken throughout Session 1 & 2 and may be used in future marketing material. Please do not attend these sessions if you do not want to be photographed or videoed ** We will not do this during Session 3.
